a bit about me...

I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, and I earned my Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma from Clifton
Practice Hypnotherapy Training. My greatest passion is helping individuals unlock their true potential and
guiding them to become the best versions of themselves. This desire to support others led me to a career in
hypnotherapy, a field that empowers people to make profound and positive changes in their lives.

In addition to my work as a hypnotherapist, I bring years of experience as a secondary school teacher. This
unique combination allows me to provide specialised support to teenagers and young people who face a
wide range of modern-day challenges. From the mounting pressures of exams to the lingering effects of the
pandemic and the constant influence of social media, today’s youth are navigating an increasingly complex
world. Over the years, I have witnessed a concerning rise in mental health challenges among students, and I
believe it’s critical to recognize and address these issues as early as possible. I find that young people are remarkably
resilient and respond exceptionally well to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

Having personally benefited from hypnotherapy during pivotal moments in my own life—once as a young adult to overcome social anxiety, and more recently to improve self-esteem and work-life balance—I know first-hand just how powerful and transformative this approach can be. It brings me immense joy to witness my clients make meaningful strides toward greater well-being.

Currently, I am expanding my expertise by pursuing an MSc in the Psychology of Education at UCL, which complements my practice and deepens my understanding of the psychological factors that influence learning and behaviour.
I am fully insured, with an up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate, and I am a proud member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
